Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with patients and healthcare providers
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Provide customer service to patients and clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support as needed
