Job Description

B.C LTD is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Supervise and train other administrative staff
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
  • Manage training and development strategies for the team
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment
  • Fluent in English
  • 40 hours per week
