Job Title: Central Authorization Agent

At Momentum Financial Services Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Central Authorization Agent to join our team.

Job Summary

The Central Authorization Agent will provide exceptional customer service support to retail stores in North America, focusing on the check cashing product while also supporting other products as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level customer service support via phone, chat, and email
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of relevant products and support policies to provide accurate solutions
  • Participate in training workshops as required
  • Meet performance standards in key indicators and metrics
  • Check approvals, review large or out-of-guideline checks, and resolve customer issues
  • Support store personnel and provide customer service on collection matters
  • Approve commercial business accounts, negotiate rate structures, and maintain records
  • Interface directly with store staff via various communication channels
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of store experience
  • Proficiency in French is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and French
