Job Summary

Momentum Financial Services Group_new is seeking a highly skilled Central Authorization Agent to provide exceptional customer service support for retail stores in North America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing assistance related to the check cashing product, as well as supporting other products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a high level of customer service and support to retail stores
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of relevant products and current support policies
  • Participate in training workshops as required
  • Meet standards in all key performance indicators and metrics
  • Check approvals and review large, out of guideline, over limit or in clearing checks
  • Support store personnel and provide customer service on collection matters
  • Approve all new commercial business accounts and negotiate rate structure
  • Maintain all records for all commercial business customers
  • Interface directly with store staff via telephone, chat, and e-mail

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years in store experience
  • Proficiency in French is essential for this role
  • Demonstrated exceptional customer service and technical proficiency in relevant operating systems, applications, and/or languages
  • Ability to work within flexible shifts scheduled to operate retail business hours
