Job Title: Central Authorization Agent

Momentum Financial Services Group_new is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Central Authorization Agent to join our team. As a Central Authorization Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our retail stores in North America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level customer service and support to retail stores
  • Assist with check cashing and other products
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of relevant products and support policies
  • Participate in training workshops as required
  • Meet standards in key performance indicators and metrics
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2+ years in store experience
  • Proficiency in French is essential for this role
Skills:
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • Confidence, assertiveness, and attention to detail
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
