Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Rental Agent to join our team at Cooper Equipment Rentals Limited. As a Rental Agent, you will be responsible for managing rental properties and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage rental properties, including showing properties to potential clients and negotiating rental agreements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process rental applications, including verifying client information and conducting background checks.
  • Ensure that all rental properties are maintained to a high standard, including performing regular inspections and addressing any maintenance issues.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new rental opportunities and develop strategies to increase rental revenue.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
