Job Title: Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at TNT Property Management. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our commercial facilities, including construction projects, real estate management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control construction projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Evaluate and modify commercial, transportation, or recreational facilities and real estate to meet customer needs.
  • Oversee the operations of facilities and real estate, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility.
  • Plan and organize construction projects and facility operations.
  • Recommend products or services to customers and assess their needs and resources.
  • Deliver sales presentations and train customers' staff in equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Resolve product and service-related problems and troubleshoot equipment issues.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • College or CEGEP education.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical demands of the job include standing, walking, and lifting.
