Ravenwood Holsteins is seeking a skilled Agricultural Livestock Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall health and well-being of our dairy herd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have experience working with farm animals, particularly dairy cows. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve animal behavior, health, and productivity.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and guide the behavior of farm animals
  • Monitor animal health and implement treatment plans as needed
  • Perform animal grooming activities, including feeding and tending to animals
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Milk cows and perform general farm duties
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • 1-2 years of experience working with farm animals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
What We Offer

Ravenwood Holsteins offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer free parking and a comprehensive benefits package.
