Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate Security Activities
    • Plan and schedule security events, programs, and activities to ensure seamless execution.
    • Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Supervise and Train Security Personnel
    • Supervise and mentor security personnel to ensure they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
    • Provide training and guidance on security procedures, protocols, and best practices.
  • Manage Security Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the security team, ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Monitor and report on security incidents, accidents, and near-misses.
  • Ensure Compliance and Quality
    • Ensure that all security personnel are compliant with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in all security operations.
Requirements
  • Security Guard License
  • Criminal Record Check
  • 1-2 years of experience in a security supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
