Security Supervisor

Hero Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting any issues or concerns.
- Train and develop security guards in their job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
The Security Supervisor will work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments, with a focus on standing for extended periods. The work environment will be fast-paced, with a focus on ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Language:The primary language of work will be English, with a focus on clear and effective communication.Hours of Work:
The Security Supervisor will work 40 hours per week, with a focus on ensuring seamless operations and providing excellent customer service.
