Job Title: Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Paladin Security Group Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of security guards, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring they are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure the security of our clients and their properties.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
  • Provide training and guidance to security guards on security procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor and report on security incidents and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective security strategy.
Requirements:
  • Security Guard License
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
