Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Hero Security. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting any issues or concerns.
- Train and develop security guards in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure seamless operations.
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Our security team operates in a variety of settings, including noisy and outdoors environments. As a Security Supervisor, you will be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
