About the Role

Adecco Canada is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Alert Management Specialist to join our team in Calgary. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing safety incidents efficiently and effectively, providing a professional and timely service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the safety of our clients' personnel and manage emergency alerts and escalation protocols.
  • Respond to emergency situations with calm and confidence, providing basic troubleshooting and technical support when necessary.
  • Monitor weather and road conditions to keep clients informed of potential issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain records and prepare reports.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of customer service or dispatch experience.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is required.
  • Fluent/native speaker level in written and spoken French or Spanish is a hard requirement.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stay calm and decisive in stressful situations.
  • Detail-oriented and able to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data.
  • Ability to work autonomously and efficiently, taking initiative to complete tasks and projects with minimal supervision.
