This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor Safety Incidents: Respond to emergency situations with calm and confidence, and provide basic troubleshooting and technical support when an alert is triggered.
- Manage Emergency Alerts: Follow escalation protocols professionally and efficiently, and maintain records and prepare reports.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, provide technical support, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and effective incident management.
- Fluent Written and Spoken English: Required for effective communication with customers and team members.
- Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in utilizing technology to maintain organized records, access information, and manage client accounts or inquiries.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges, make quick decisions when required, and implement solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum five years of customer service experience, with previous experience in a customer service or dispatch role required.
