Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and coaching to enhance staff skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry is an asset.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong attention to detail.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and be physically able to lift up to 25 pounds.
