Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Rama Gaming House – Scarborough. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting areas for improvement and success.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a casino or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and work in a dynamic environment.
