Job Title: Creative Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to lead our team in developing innovative and effective marketing campaigns for our premium pet food brands, ORIJEN and ACANA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the overall creative vision for our brands, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand strategy.
  • Lead a team of designers, copywriters, and traffic coordinators to deliver high-quality creative assets, including packaging, print, and digital materials.
  • Partner with Brand Marketing leaders and cross-functional colleagues to receive creative requests, briefings, and strategy guidance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Manage the creative services budget and adjust resources as necessary to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in a design leadership role, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Post-secondary degree in Marketing or a related field, with a strong understanding of graphic design principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver high-quality results.
  • Strong collaboration and influence skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across organizational levels.
  • Self-driven leader able to work in a fast-moving, ever-changing cross-functional team environment, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
