Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Cost products and services to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
Supervision:

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job responsibilities and contribute to the success of the restaurant.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

The Restaurant Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail. The role will involve a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods.
