About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Arnold AutoGlass. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing sales staff, analyzing sales data, and optimizing sales processes to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and improve profitability.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management or a related role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Benefits
  • $60,000 - $80,000 per year salary range based on experience.
