About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Allen's Petro Canada & Grocery. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Work Environment: Retail business with a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player.
