Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Allen's Petro Canada & Grocery. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Store Maintenance: Organize and maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, with a strong background in retail management and customer service.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30-40 hours per week.
