Job Title: Retail Store Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Team Lead to join our team at Allen's Petro Canada & Grocery. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control store inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in retail management or a related field is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
