Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team as a Territory Growth Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a firm understanding of Toshiba technology and software solutions, managing and growing current customers in the territory, identifying and acquiring new customers via cold calling, prospecting, and developing new business, and meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
The ideal candidate will have experience and success in cold-calling and developing new business, as well as experience with growth of existing customers. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also required.
Beyond a competitive base salary and uncapped commissions, we offer a range of benefits including quarterly and biannual bonuses, a monthly car allowance, company-issued phone and laptop, and access to our President's Club Program which includes an annual vacation trip for hitting quotas. You will also receive full benefits, including health, dental, and pension plans, life insurance, disability, and wellness coverages, as well as three weeks' vacation to start.
