Industrial Operations Manager - Supply Chain Expert
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Industrial Operations Manager to oversee our production lines and supply chain operations. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Oversight of all production lines, including preparation, operational checks, and troubleshooting.
- Review and implementation of daily and weekly production plans in collaboration with the Director of Operations.
- Maintenance of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure a safe working environment.
- Tracking labor and production yields on a daily basis.
- Management of all machinery, including depositing machines, mixers, and packaging equipment.
- Collaboration with Quality Assurance and Sanitation teams to ensure compliance with production and safety processes.
- Meeting or exceeding production, safety, and quality targets through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Receiving predetermined work assignments subject to high-level control and review.
- Requires full knowledge of the functional area of responsibility.
- Post-secondary education.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food or bakery production.
- Working knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and other relevant regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
This position offers a competitive salary in the range of $85,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
