Food Service Team Lead

Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring accurate inventory management.
- Hire and manage food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing insights for business growth and improvement.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality service.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring a high level of attention to detail and physical stamina. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, with a combination of sitting and walking throughout the day.
