Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Taco Bell. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Food Quality Control: Ensure that food meets quality control standards, including preparation, presentation, and serving.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
