Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Taco Bell. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff
  • Train staff in job duties and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports

Work Environment: This is a fast-paced environment where you will be working under pressure. You will be standing for extended periods and performing physically demanding tasks.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work as a team player
