Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly experienced Senior Director, Technical Services to lead our Cloud Accounting practice. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for providing solutions to our clients for accounting matters, working with them to achieve growth in current business and financial conditions, and leading client engagements across various industries and sectors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert guidance to clients on cloud accounting technology, accounting, and tax
- Leading and executing client engagements, including planning and budgeting, and ensuring engagement profitability
- Contributing to new business development by understanding all Doane Grant Thornton services and utilizing your credibility in the field
- Acting as a leader in the business unit, service line, and firm by actively contributing to the development and execution of the Cloud Accounting practice strategy

As a Senior Manager, Cloud Accounting Services, you'll earn a competitive salary of $150,000 - $180,000 per year, plus benefits, including profit sharing, flex days, RRSP contributions, firm-wide holiday closure, wellness benefits, and concierge-like benefits.
We're looking for someone with:
- A CPA designation or equivalent experience
- At least 7 years of experience in cloud accounting, public accounting, or related industry
- Superior technical expertise in cloud accounting technology, accounting, and tax
- Commitment to quality, excellence, and continual professional growth
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong management skills, especially in areas of scheduling, organizing, supervising, and multi-team managing
