About the Role:

This exciting opportunity is for a General Manager to lead the overall end-to-end delivery of a new city, including planning, hiring, people management, launch, and everything in between. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building a high-performing team, fostering strategic partnerships with education leaders, and owning the execution and drive performance improvement of logistics and operations.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $122,000-$132,000 CAD per annum, based on your experience, with a split between base and variable components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing team of Account Managers responsible for delighting schools and increasing their usage of Zen Educate's educators and software.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strategic partnerships with education leaders and key district accounts to drive growth and success.
  • Execution & Enablement: Own the execution and drive performance improvement of the logistics and operations of dispatching teachers and teaching assistants to work in schools.
