Occupational Therapist Opportunity

Location: Our clinic

Status: Permanent Full-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday

Lifemark is hiring an Occupational Therapist who shares our passion for enriching the health of Canadians through movement.

As an Occupational Therapist at Lifemark, you will be integral in supporting the physical and psycho-social recovery of our clients. We believe when you move better, you feel better. This is at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing client's physical and/or cognitive functioning within the clinic setting.
  • Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
  • Supporting return-to-work programs (job coaching, accommodation recommendations).
  • Utilizing e-charting software to document treatment sessions; submitting reports to stakeholders in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists.
  • Previous experience treating clients with physical, neurological, and/or mental health conditions.
  • Ability to be autonomous; working both independently and as part of the team.
