We are seeking a skilled Property Leasing Coordinator to join our team at SKYONE REALTY LTD. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for negotiating and approving rental or lease agreements on behalf of our property owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate or approve rental or lease agreements for properties owned by our clients
- Ensure that all terms of lease agreements are met and that our clients' interests are protected
- Hire and supervise support staff to perform operational, clerical, or maintenance duties
- Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance
- Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations
- Monitor progress and costs of work for our clients
- Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income
- Prepare expense and income reports
- Respond to trouble calls from clients or tenants
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in property management or a related field
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
