Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate or approve rental or lease agreements for properties owned by our clients
  • Ensure that all terms of lease agreements are met and that our clients' interests are protected
  • Hire and supervise support staff to perform operational, clerical, or maintenance duties
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance
  • Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations
  • Monitor progress and costs of work for our clients
  • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income
  • Prepare expense and income reports
  • Respond to trouble calls from clients or tenants

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in property management or a related field
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
