Property Management Coordinator Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Property Management Coordinator to join our team at SKYONE REALTY LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating rental or lease agreements, ensuring terms are met, and supervising support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate or approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners
- Ensure terms of lease agreements are met, including preparing and administering contracts
- Hire and supervise support staff performing operational, clerical, or maintenance duties
- Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation
- Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners
- Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income
- Prepare expense and income reports
- Respond to trouble calls from clients or tenants
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a related field
- College education or equivalent experience
- Availability for shift or on-call work
- Legally able to work in Canada
