About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Commercial Property Manager to join our team at Cushman & Wakefield | Stevenson. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for property management to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our commercial real estate firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with leases and proper upkeep, including common areas, building exteriors, and landscaping.
  • Work collaboratively with owners to create property management and preventative maintenance plans, including capital expense replacements such as HVAC systems, roof systems, and parking lot surfaces.
  • Maintain accurate records of space conditions, including roofs, HVAC, and utilities.
  • Develop and implement leasing strategies for buildings within the portfolio.
  • Administer leases, review tenant billings, analyze lease clauses, prepare vacancy reports, enforce tenant compliance, and perform other landlord obligations.
  • Identify leasing prospects and respond to routine leasing inquiries.
  • Approve, oversee, and administer contracts for provision of property services, such as cleaning and maintenance, snow removal, landscaping, etc.
  • Ensure all tenant and landlord insurance is current.
  • Prepare legal documentation, including lease documents, renewals, etc.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education at the college or university level.
  • CPM designation preferred.
  • 6+ years of property management experience, with the ability to manage a large portfolio of at least 500,000 square feet.
  • Good knowledge of commercial real estate, including finance, leasing, legal, marketing, construction, and tenant relations requirements.
  • Working knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, roofing systems, etc.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Spectra, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a rapidly growing/changing environment.
  • High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
Benefits

Cushman & Wakefield | Stevenson offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
