Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rental Property Coordinator to join our team at SkyOne Realty Ltd. As a key member of our property management department, you will be responsible for negotiating or approving rental or lease agreements on behalf of our property owners. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will ensure that all terms of lease agreements are met.

About the Role:

  • Negotiate or approve rental or lease agreements for properties owned by our clients.
  • Ensure all terms of lease agreements are met, including monitoring progress and cost of work for property owners.
  • Hire and supervise support staff performing operational, clerical, or maintenance duties.
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance.
  • Co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations.

Requirements:

  • College diploma or non-university certificate from a 1-2 year program in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
