Business Operations Manager

The General Manager oversees all aspects of the operation, including budgeting, financial management, and weekly analysis. They are responsible for implementing and maintaining retail and marketing programs, catering services, and branded concepts.
Main Responsibilities- Manage client relations to ensure customer satisfaction
- Supervise staff to maintain a productive work environment
- Plan menus and merchandise to meet customer demands
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance, health, and safety protocols
- A post-secondary education with at least 5 years of experience in foodservice or related management roles
- Advanced Food Service Training (AFST) and Level 1 and 2 Health and Safety Certification training
- Proven financial management skills to control product and labor costs
- Experience working with branded concepts
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to motivate and develop associates
