Chemical Plant Equipment Inspector

Based in Brandon, Manitoba, Koch Fertilizer Canada is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Chemical Plant Equipment Inspector. As a member of our dedicated team, you will be responsible for the inspection and maintenance of our fixed equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of relevant ASME codes and standards, as well as experience with Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) techniques. A technical institute diploma or Red Seal Journeyperson Trade Certificate in a related discipline is required, along with at least five years of related inspection experience as a certified Pressure Vessel Inspector (API 510).

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of fixed equipment to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Develop and implement inspection plans to ensure the integrity of equipment
- Collaborate with maintenance engineering and planning teams to develop work execution packages
- Provide evaluation of inspection and NDE data
- Assist with the documentation of assets requiring inspection deferrals
Requirements:
- Technical institute diploma or Red Seal Journeyperson Trade Certificate in a related discipline
