Unit Inspector

Koch Ag & Energy Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Unit Inspector to join our team. As a Unit Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the mechanical integrity and safety of our fixed equipment and piping.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular inspections of fixed equipment and piping to ensure compliance with ASME codes and standards.
- Assess the mechanical integrity of equipment and piping, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other inspectors and maintenance teams to develop and implement inspection plans.
- Provide technical expertise and support to maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained and repaired.
- Develop and maintain inspection records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Technical Institute Diploma or Red Seal Journeyperson Trade Certificate in a related discipline.
- At least five years of related inspection experience as a certified Pressure Vessel Inspector (API 510).
- Knowledge of relevant ASME codes, standards, and NDT inspection techniques.
- Experience with MAXIMO and Inspection Data Management System (APM).
- MS Office, Word, and Excel experience.
