About the Role

Koch Ag & Energy Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Unit Inspector to join our team in Brandon, Manitoba. As a Unit Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the mechanical integrity and safety of our fixed equipment and process piping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections of fixed equipment and process piping to ensure compliance with ASME codes and standards.
  • Assess the integrity of equipment and piping, and execute inspection activities as required.
  • Collaborate with other unit inspectors and support the inspection team on long-term initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain site inspection standards and procedures.
  • Ensure equipment inspections are completed within assigned areas, with a focus on maintaining zero overdue inspections.
Requirements
  • Technical Institute Diploma or Red Seal Journeyperson Trade Certificate in a related discipline.
  • At least five years of related inspection experience as a certified Pressure Vessel Inspector (API 510).
  • Knowledge of relevant ASME codes, standards, and NDT inspection techniques.
  • MAXIMO and Inspection Data Management System (APM) experience.
  • MS Office, Word, and Excel experience.
