About the Role

This is a career-defining opportunity to be part of a critical and impactful team at a high-growth organization changing the way Canadian businesses operate. In this role, you will work closely with our Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to take products from broad concepts through implementation and launch. You will partner with our customers to gain a deep understanding of their experiences and needs, identifying and filling product gaps while generating new ideas that empower them and drive growth.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver a seamless corporate spending experience
  • Partner with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and design solutions that meet their expectations
  • Own the look, feel, and experience of our user-facing application, ensuring it is simple and elegant
  • Ruthlessly prioritize and scope activities based on business and customer impact
  • Develop and deliver mock-ups, prototypes, and detailed specifications to communicate design and interaction
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 7+ years of experience in product design, preferably in B2B SaaS or early-stage startup environments
  • Strong technical proficiency in Figma and modern front-end engineering tools and practices
  • A strategic thinker with excellent cross-functional communication skills
  • An understanding of the market and commercially focused mindset
  • A customer-obsessed approach with ability to build relationships and advocate for customers passionately
