Lorven Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior User Experience Designer to join our team.

About the Role

This long-term contract position offers an estimated annual salary of $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience, for a talented individual to design intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences.

As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the development of design solutions that meet the needs of our users. Your primary focus will be on creating exceptional user experiences through research, prototyping, testing, and iteration.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and develop design solutions that meet those needs.
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and ensure products are user-centered.
  • Develop and maintain design systems that promote consistency and cohesion across products.
  • Create prototypes and test them with users to validate design assumptions.
  • Communicate design concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders and developers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent practical experience (7-10 years recommended).
  • Proven experience working with design systems and developing visual kits and code documentation.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application design experience.
  • Mastery of Figma and proficiency in creating prototypes.
  • Experience working in a consultancy or agency setting.
Nice to Have
  • Experience designing usable interfaces for complex internal systems.
  • Background in conducting user research and testing.
  • Understanding of design systems from a development perspective.
