Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored support.
- Collaborate with community agencies and organizations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct assessments and create case plans to address clients' needs.
- Provide crisis intervention and suicide prevention services.
- Maintain accurate records and statistics for program evaluation.
- Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology).
- Experience working with vulnerable populations, preferably in a community agency setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications in ASIST, Mental Health First Aid, and NVCI an asset.
