Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Bourbon Street Grill. As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, and supporting our culinary team in preparing and serving delicious meals to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
- Portion and wrap foods
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit
- Fast-paced environment
