Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at West Heath Holdings LTD. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers.
  • Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to cooking staff.
  • Ensure high-quality food standards are maintained at all times.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to achieve kitchen goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Cook Trade Certification.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
