About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Chef to join our team at SRA Wayne Right Restaurants Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for coordinating special events, planning menus, and ensuring the highest quality of food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate special events and functions, including weddings, corporate events, and private parties
  • Plan and execute menus, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and quality
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation
  • Organize buffets and banquets, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience
  • Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a fast-paced and efficient kitchen environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
