Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Wainwright Burger Baron & Twins Pizza. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our menu items are prepared to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and recipes.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a team of cooks and kitchen staff.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
