About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at WELL Health Technologies Corp. (TSX: WELL). As a key member of our HR team, you will play a strategic role in aligning human resources practices with the business objectives of our assigned business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
  • Business Partnering: Partner with business unit leaders to understand their goals and provide strategic HR support, analyzing HR metrics and providing insights to drive informed decision-making.
  • Talent Management: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to attract and retain top talent, supporting recruitment efforts within the business units.
  • HR Strategy and Corporate Culture: Support the development, implementation, and promotion of HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with business goals and foster a positive corporate culture.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A certificate in Human Resources or a related field (CPHR designation is an asset, not mandatory).
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
