Pharmacy Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Lawtons. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy team and ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
- Develop and implement pharmacy programs and initiatives to promote patient health and well-being.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and a consistent pharmacy experience.
- Manage the selection, onboarding, training, and development of pharmacy staff.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
- Must be a Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in the province of responsibility.
- Injection and First Aid Certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist.
