Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team at Lawton Drugs. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the pharmacy team, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver high-quality patient care and service.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that the pharmacy meets all regulatory requirements and maintains high standards of quality and safety.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for our patients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Development: Provide training and development opportunities to the pharmacy team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist.
  • Certifications: Injection and First Aid Certification.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
