Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient-centered care and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the pharmacy team to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement pharmacy programs and product launches to promote patient service standards and drive sales.
- Act in the patient's best interest to implement and support patient-centered care through professional scope of practice and team delivery of company programs.
- Manage the selection, onboarding, training, and development of pharmacy staff.
- Ensure all regulatory requirements and company policies are implemented in the department.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
- Must be a Licensed Pharmacist, in good standing, in the province of responsibility.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed pharmacist.
- Kroll software experience is preferred.
