We are seeking an experienced Project Administration Officer to join our team at Aasman Brand Communications. The successful candidate will be responsible for delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.



Key Responsibilities


  • Delegating work to office support staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Establishing work priorities and managing competing deadlines to meet business objectives.
  • Ensuring procedures are followed, and policies are implemented to maintain a high level of productivity.


Requirements


  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Marketing experience and knowledge of project management principles.


Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced office environment. Regular working hours and a competitive salary package are offered.



English is the primary language of communication, and the ability to speak and write fluently is essential.
